This week I’m taking a pause on writing my weekly newsletter to be present with myself—to take in some quiet time and plan for the future.
I’m not going to write very much other than I hope you find the time to pause, rest and be present too. Take a few moments to journal in a quiet room or go for a walk with your phone switched off—or better yet, just leave it at home. Take in the environment around you, bring curiosity to the sounds, smells, the temperature in the air—every little thing going on around you. Practice a little gratitude—think through the things you are grateful for and spend a few moments acknowledging the good things.
